Event Coordination

organize a variety of events varying from invites to retreats and be the mastermind behind all the aspects (ex: themes, decorations, activities, venues, etc.) that go into event planning!

Recruitment &

Integration

implement and foresee the process for the project-based journey (specific industry projects, mentor-mentees, etc.) while helping new members make a seamless transition into the ZODIACS (families, bigs & littles, etc.)

Administration    & Finance

document all necessary information of new and existing members, plan numerous fundraisers to generate enough money for events, and manage all membership dues (budgeting)
